Quality Management System — UKAS accredited
LINK-PP is an ISO-certified manufacturer of optical transceivers, RJ45 connectors, LAN transformers and transceiver cages. This Quality & Compliance Center provides verified certificates, compliance documents and product test reports to support global engineering teams, procurement departments and supplier qualification processes.
Every certificate and test report we hold, downloadable without registration. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies, tested standards and validity dates are published so your qualification team can verify them directly with the issuing body.

Testing is commissioned per product family and refreshed on a rolling basis, so the documents published here represent a snapshot rather than the full set. If your qualification needs documentation for a part number marked On request, send us the part number and we will confirm its current testing status, normally within two working days.

How to read these documents. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are third-party certifications issued under UKAS accreditation. UL E484635 is a Recognized Component file — the components are intended for installation in end equipment that is separately evaluated. CE and RoHS conformity is based on third-party testing of representative samples, with the declaration of conformity made by LINK-PP as manufacturer. The FCC document is a Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity supported by third-party emission testing. The UL file is issued to our manufacturing entity, Huizhou LINK-PP Electronics.
Part-level RoHS and REACH statements, material declarations, country of origin and HS codes are available for your AVL submission. Send us the part numbers and we will confirm what is on file.
LINK-PP has manufactured connectivity components since 1997 under a certified quality management system covering RJ45 modules, magnetic transformers, optical transceivers and SFP cages. Material moves from incoming inspection to shipment through five controlled stages.
Materials and components are inspected on receipt before release to production.
Standardised processes and in-process checks keep each production line under control.
Optical, electrical, mechanical and environmental verification in our own laboratory.
100% functional verification before packing, according to product type.
Production records stay linked to the shipped lot so questions can be answered with data.
Suppliers are assessed on quality system, technical capability and delivery performance before any part is released to production, and re-evaluated on a fixed cycle.
Standardised work instructions and in-process checks keep optical, connector, cage and transformer lines inside their control limits rather than catching problems at the end.
Field returns are analysed, root-caused and answered with a structured 8D report. Corrective actions are fed back into the process, not just the affected lot.
Material or process changes affecting form, fit or function are communicated in advance through a product change notice so your qualification stays valid.
Production lot, test records and material batch stay linked, so a question about one part can be answered with the data behind it.
Inspection data, yield and customer feedback are reviewed on a regular cycle to raise process capability line by line.

SMT assembly, optical alignment and laser welding for stable high-speed optical performance.

Precision stamping, molding, automated assembly and electrical inspection.

Stamping, forming, surface treatment and dimensional checks for repeatable module insertion.

Automated winding, precision assembly and controlled encapsulation for electrical stability.
Optical, electrical, mechanical and environmental verification runs in our own laboratory during development and production.

Transmission performance, receiver sensitivity, signal quality and digital diagnostics.

Signal integrity, insulation performance and electrical reliability.

Connector durability, insertion behaviour and structural integrity.

Performance under enterprise, telecom and industrial operating conditions.
Test equipment, validation dimensions and product qualification examples are documented on our Testing & Reliability Laboratory page.
Optical modules are programmed with vendor-specific EEPROM data and validated on the platforms our customers deploy — link establishment, traffic transmission and diagnostic reporting.
Vendor-specific EEPROM data is programmed so the host platform recognises the module and reports digital diagnostics correctly. Custom coding is available for supported platforms.
Modules are checked on live equipment for link-up, sustained traffic and stable optical readings, not only on a bench tester.

Questions our engineering and quality teams answer most often during supplier qualification.
Our published RoHS and REACH documents (SiCT2508120787C and SiCT2508120788R, issued August 2025) cover LINK-PP integrated RJ45 connectors. They confirm conformity with Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by (EU) 2015/863 across all ten restricted substances including the four phthalates, and screening against 250 Substances of Very High Concern with all results below the 0.1% w/w threshold. For optical transceivers, SFP cages and LAN transformers we provide part-level RoHS and REACH documentation on request.
Certificate 10150328Q, issued by Certification Europe (Hong Kong) Limited under UKAS accreditation 0219, covers the R&D, production and service of Integrated Connector (RJ45) Modules, Discrete Magnetic Transformers, Optical Transceivers and SFP Cages. It runs from 28 March 2025 to 27 March 2028, subject to annual surveillance audit.
UL file E484635 is a Recognized Component file covering LAN magnetic modules, RJ45 transformers and T1/E1 transformers, evaluated to UL 60950-1 and CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1-03. Optical transceivers and SFP cages are not within that file. The file is searchable by number in the UL Product iQ® database.
Yes. Every product undergoes inspection and functional verification before shipment. Depending on product type this includes optical, electrical, mechanical and dimensional checks.
Compatible modules are programmed with vendor-specific EEPROM data and validated on supported networking platforms for link establishment, traffic transmission and correct diagnostic reporting.
Yes. Vendor-specific coding is available for many platforms. Confirm the target platform and firmware version with sales or technical support before ordering.
The published report screened against the 250-substance ECHA candidate list current at the time of testing in August 2025. ECHA updates the candidate list roughly twice a year, so we re-test on a rolling basis. Request an updated report and we will confirm the current testing status for your part numbers.
Yes. Part-level compliance statements, material declarations, country of origin and HS codes are available on request for qualification or project approval.
Depending on product type: IEEE 802.3 Ethernet specifications, SFP and QSFP Multi-Source Agreements, and SFF-8472 / SFF-8636 management interfaces, alongside the certifications listed above.
Yes. Tell us the part number, or the speed, reach, interface and operating temperature you need, and our engineering team will confirm sample availability and lead time.
