Intel MinnowBoard MAX Equipped with LINK-PP LPJG16314A4NL RJ45 Connector
MinnowBoard MAX is the second generation MinnowBoard, updating and replacing the original open-source MinnowBoard single-board computer. The MinnowBoard MAX board has an upgraded 64-bit Intel Atom E3800 processor with better graphics and revised I/O, shrinks the footprint by more than half, and supports additional Linux, Android, and Windows operating systems. This provided significantly improved price, performance, and energy efficiency. The Realtek RTL8111GS-CG chipset offers Gigabit Ethernet capabilities. Intel needed a durable and reliable magnetic jack module to seamlessly integrate this connection. That's where LINK-PP LPJG16314A4NL came in.
As a leading manufacturer of network connectivity solutions, LINK-PP is confident in its RJ45 magnetic jack. So we started approaching Intel about providing a Gigabit ethernet port for the MinnowBoard MAX. After discussions with Intel's hardware and mechanical teams, they selected the high-performance LPJG16314A4NL RJ45 connector recommended by LINK-PP engineers. This Ethernet Magjack seamlessly integrates with the Intel MinnowBoard MAX, which provides a high-speed, stable Ethernet connection. The focus is on providing high-speed wired networking via the onboard Ethernet port. The compact 1x1 single-port design of LPJG16314A4NL just meets the space-saving concept of MinnowBoard MAX; Featuring integrated magnetic and shielding EMI protection functions to ensure the integrity and stability of data transmission; LED indicators and gold-plated contacts also ensure reliability and performance.
It was a very successful collaboration. The LINK-PP factory completed the production of RJ45 Ethernet connectors in preparation for the launch of MinnowBoard MAX. MinnowBoard MAX has been well received and the stable and high-speed Gigabit Ethernet connector provided by LINK-PP is indispensable.
